I’ve been trying to become more grateful lately. I learned how it significantly impacts your quality of life. its said that some of the most successful people in the world start their morning routines by prating gratitude. I’m planning on buying a journal to use every morning, along with my gratitude worksheets that I am working on. I’ll give you little updates on how it goes! For now, I don’t have access to a journal solely for expressing gratitude, so I figured that I would bring it here to the blog.
I am grateful for my past and where it has brought me today. Even though I may be struggling, I know that I’m only going to get somewhere higher later on. I appreciate the people who support my dreams. I appreciate the people who always tell me that they are proud of me. I appreciate the technology that I was given, to advance my career path. I appreciate the people who genuinely care about my health and wellbeing.
These are just a few things that I am grateful for. I think after every “gratitude session” I’m also going to ask myself if I have been kind to myself today. If I am, I’ll congratulate myself, if I’m not, I’ll change it. I think it’s important that I am also grateful for myself and my wellbeing as I am grateful for other things. I learned that if you are kind to yourself, you start seeing life in a more positive way. I actually made a podcast episode on this a while back called “How Do You Treat Yourself?” If you want to listen!
Like I said, I’m probably going to give little updates on my gratitude sessions and let you know how they’ve been benefitting my life.
Along with everything listed above, I am also grateful for my readers! I just want to say thank you so much for your interest in my life. I value our relationship much.
I have created a “Gratitude Worksheet Printout” on Etsy if you want to join in!

It’s easy to forget the everyday little blessings. Good on you! From the time I adopted gratitude as a practice, I feel myself to be more content. I wrote a post on gratitude during this pandemic. Do let me know if you would like to give it a read.

Incredibly true. What is the meaning of life without appreciating the little things? I would love to give your post a read!

Little things are fantastic. They cost zero to nothing. Maybe take little effort. But mean a lot.
Thank you for expressing interest in my post. You can find it here – https://priyaparulblog.wordpress.com/2020/05/13/thoughts-in-the-times-of-a-pandemic-be-grateful/
