Hi everyone! I know, it has been a long while since my last post. I’ve been incredibly busy changing my entire life around. I have a special announcement regarding one of those changes that I would love to share with you all. You guys have been incredibly supportive of me and I’ve seem to gain quite the following while away. (Thank you to my new follows!)
You all should know that I’m incredibly into self development, self love, and self growth. And as you may also know, I’m a podcast host for the show Self Development With Virona. You may notice that I love sharing my voice and advice to those who feel that they have no real direction. One of my greatest goals in life is to become a inspiration- and i found no better way to do so than by creating what I’m about to share with you:
I published a book!
The reason that I have gotten so far when it comes to reaching my personal goals is because of this very book. “Achieve Any Goal That You Desire” is a workbook that gets you closer to reaching the goal that you desire most. I was finally able to gather a list of the steps I personally take to achieve each goal I have and keep them organized into one little travel-sized workbook. The contents in this book have been used by me for years to fulfill past goals and dreams, and hopefully many more to come in my near and far future!
What is your biggest goal? One of my biggest life goals is being fulfilled now – by writing this book. Ironically, I have used all the steps listed in this book to create this book. I have always wanted to not only be an author, but inspire others to get closer to where they want to be in life. This was the perfect tool created in order for me to do so.
A peek inside my copy..
This is my personal copy. My goal is to travel to Asia. When beginning this journey, I had no idea where exactly I wanted to travel to – I just knew that I wanted to travel the world and didn’t know where to begin. As I kept writing and brainstorming, I realized that I wanted to primarily visit Asia. This is a peek into Chapter 3: A Reasonable Timeline. From Chapter 1 to 3, I figured out where exactly I wanted to visit, why I wanted to go to Asia specifically, and different ways I could go about doing this trip.
There are numerous activities in this book that act as guides in getting to your destination. Specifically in this chapter “A Reasonable Timeline” on the left, the activity asked me to brainstorm scattered steps needed to take in order to reach my goal. This step is crucial for people who don’t know where to begin. I was able to grab every single little idea that was jumbled in my head and paste them somewhere that I could keep track. This also helped me clear some brain clutter that was preventing me to work on everyday tasks. On the right, the next activity asked me to organize and convert the scattered list into steps by numbering them in order of what needs to get done first.
As you may have noticed, every page is filled with rich detail on what I want to get out of my goal and how I want to go about reaching it. I even write on pages where there are no activities. This makes me feel really in tune with the advice given. I feel extremely connected by highlighting, underlining, sticky-noting and adding little side notes to these chapters.
This book has given me so much confidence within the past few weeks of working on it. I’ve never felt closer to my goal and I truly believe that is because of the dedication I have given towards the activities here. I will definitely be posting more as I move onto the next chapters. I’m so excited for Chapter 4: Buy A Journal! (This is where I’ll have to hunt down a high quality journal to start documenting my progress, ideas, and vision.)
