Manifesting Financial Freedom

Hi guys! If you didn’t see before, I’m making one to two posts each month that talk about what I want to manifest into my life. I’m doing this because I do believe that if you speak something into existence, it will find it’s way to you. You can read more about why I’m doing this here.

I no longer have stress on how I’m going to be able to provide for myself. This is a huge struggle that I’ve been dealing with for pretty much all of my life. I dedicated countless hours on work and that time is finally paying off.

I’ve created many products to sell online such as my Life Goal Packet and my Mantra Cards. These are just a few things I’ve made to earn passive income revenue. I have many other successful streams of income such as my podcast show, my blog, and my full time day jobs.

All of these streams of income make it possible for me to support myself completely. I am able to pay my bills and rent easily, buy meals and groceries that are filling, and spend on my education and business. Along with personal growth, I will be able to support my personal goals. I will be traveling the world and not think twice about the booking expenses.

I am not only able to provide for myself fully, but I am able to be generous when it comes to others as well. My main goal is to reduce the stress that is brought onto me due to money issues, but I also plan on reducing the stress on others as well.

HERE ARE SOME SIMPLE WAYS TO FEEL MORE CONFIDENT…

In my opinion, confidence is key. When I’m in a room with someone who is really well put together, I feel like it completely radiates. I start thinking about my life and how I want to start being presentable and inspire others to do the same. Just by being around someone who is confident in themselves makes me feel like I need to be making big moves and change my life for the better. So this has me thinking- What if I was that person? What if I looked the part, and inspired others to do better? I love that idea. In order to feel confident in myself, I think looking the part plays a big role. I truly believe that if you are put together well and look really presentable, more opportunities for growth are attracted to you. Here are some things that I do personally to look the part.

ACCESORIZE

When you’re out, show people that you went out of your way a little bit extra. Even if it’s some earrings or a charm bracelet, it shows that you are willing to put in some kind of work. I think that this also subconsciously tells me that I am worthy of looking a little bit flashy. I’m usually always wearing a simple necklace on a daily basis, but aside from that, I’ll wear either diamond earrings or hoops when its more casual. I’ll also go out of my way to put on a flashy watch or charm bracelet. Watches are a perfect detail for all the the men who don’t know what to do to accessorize.

SCENT

Perfume. Always. Wear. Perfume. You’re going to the gas station? Just got out of the shower? Camping? Sushi date? Bookstore? Whatever. Who cares! Invest in a perfume or cologne that you really like. I consider perfume as a potion. You put it on and literally in a matter of seconds, you feel like a whole upgraded person. And people also view you differently. I’m always smelling good, and I can confidently say, one hundred percent that every time I get that compliment: “You smell so good!” my ego skyrockets. I can not stress this enough. My go to scent is La Vie Est Belle by Lancome. Another one of my absolute favorite perfumes is Fantasy by Brittany Spears. This scent was really popular at one point and I’ve stuck with it for years after. It’s an amaziiiing smell. So many people ask what the scent I’m wearing is, making this a great conversation starter. You can form a lot of cool connections just by your scent. Isn’t that crazy? Definitely invest in something that makes you feel good on a daily basis like perfume or cologne. If I’m not going all out on expensive perfume, I’ll make sure to wear some scented lotion or carry some cinnamon bun scented sanitizer around. (Bath & Body Works is the best!) People always tell me that I smell like vanilla and coconut, which is so weird to me because I don’t even try to smell good sometimes! But like I said, huge confidence booster. So put in that little bit of effort!

GUM/MINTS

As a cashier, I would get really up close and personal with my customers. Sometimes I would go to lunch and eat ramen, and forget to bring gum with me back. In this scenario, I would completely shut down. I’d look down, avoid conversations, and put my hand to my mouth a lot when talking. This screams insecurity! This made me unable to form bonds with customers and less likely to get to know people. I guess that this can go along with the scent category, but aside from smelling “fresh” I feel like chewing gum helps me focus and get my point across easier when I’m talking or working. I feel a lot more confident by chewing gum… Is it just me? Plus- If you have gum or mints, this makes people want to go to you when they want some. How many times have you pulled out gum, and people rush in to ask you for a piece? This subconsciously teaches people that you are reliant you provide for others, and got their back in a time of “need”. You can have that confidence in knowing that you’ve got what someone wants. Of course Megan, it’s not that deep, but it does makes you feel a bit better. In my opinion, that little bit of effort is worth the feeling.

HAIR

Keep a brush or comb on you at all times. When I’m trying to look really well put together, I either slick it back in a bun, or have it consistently brushed. Honestly, I’ve never been into heating tools. I hated damaging my hair. But now that I’m a bit more spontaneous (AKA now that I’m blonde and my hair is already fried), I don’t mind the heat. It’s worth it to feel better about myself. Hair is hair. It will always come back. These days spent insecure and not presentable weren’t worth the absence of heat. If you feel most confident with your natural look- by all means, keep it exactly that way! The key is to feel like the best version of yourself. My best version is usually straightened hair with a few little curls here and there. I curl my bangs too. I really like a 70’s kind of look for me.

NAILS

I can not present myself correctly anywhere if my nails aren’t well kept. I’ll either have really pretty natural nails with a polish or clear coat, or incredibly long acrylics that are always maintained. There is no in between. If my nail polish is chipped, my confidence is low. If my nails are uneven or dirty, I won’t be able to think correctly. Maybe this is just a personal problem but regardless, having nice nails is a huge confidence booster! Try to keep your nails clean, even, and just overall well kept. This means having access to nail clippers and or nail files often. It’s a simple change you can make to feel more confident. I currently have really long natural nails that I’m growing. I like to coat them with a plain & simple classy red color, a darker nude, or glitter polish. If you feel confident when you get manicures, support it! I personally think that acrylics were getting expensive. I have higher priorities that kick them out of the equation. I actually use my own gel polish and UV LED light, and that has made an incredible difference in both my wallet and my valuable time. A side note- I think that pedicures are just as important as manicures. Even if other people aren’t always going to see your toes, you’re gonna see your toes! It’s a real confidence booster being able to lounge around the house and go on a quick trip to the gas station knowing that my toes are pretty.

ON HAND

Keep materials that make you feel good about yourself on hand. I apply a lot of Nivea face lotion to give myself a nice dewey natural look when I don’t want to get all dolled up. I keep lipgloss or Carmex with me at all times! My lips are literally always glossy and that makes me feel so much better about myself. If you’re a guy chapstick is definitely a boost too. Like I said before, scented hand sanitizer from Bath & Body Works is a win, and they’re so small and easy to travel with!

NO. 1 BOBA TEA

Just a quick post for one of my all time favorite places to go to get boba in Las Vegas. This place is called No. 1 Boba Tea. There are currently 3 locations that I’ve heard about, but I think that it said online that there are actually about 8 or 9 in Las Vegas! They’ve definitely branched out since I started drinking here. The one that I usually go to is the one on Lake Mead, being the most convenient for me. The first time I tried this place was in Chinatown though. I love the aesthetic and feel of the place. It’s a really chill environment that you can go to for studying or hanging out with friends. There are a few board games set out for entertainment. I’m pretty sure the picture taken to the right is a peach tea.

I always get refreshing fruity flavors in the hotter seasons! The drink to the left is a honeydew tea. I got this the last time I went! I brought a few materials with me such as my iPad, Journal, and Planner. I was able to work in such a beautiful environment with such a yummy drink!! This is honestly my go-to work spot. I’m always super focused here.

Another thing that I really like is the Coconut Milk tea with pudding added. I love adding pudding to most of my teas so I’m glad that’s an option. I would also definitely recommend the original almond tea or original milk tea if you prefer a more simple kind of drink. There’s so much variety when it comes to the tea here. The menu is packed with a a lot of different flavors and toppings!

What Do My Work Days Look Like?

A typical workday in the life of Megan Virona

I usually start my mornings around 11:00 AM. Since it’s on my personal schedule, time never really feels forced. I don’t stress myself with an alarm clock or anything like that. Waking up incredibly early has never been a priority to me. I feel like when I force myself to do things, they’re less likely to get done.

Rule number one is that I can’t start working until I have had some time for myself first. The reasoning for this, is because I used to wake up every morning, grab my laptop, and work. This caused me to have regular burnouts and a significant amount of stress. What I do now is wake up, shower, grab an energizing meal and drink such as a smoothie bowl or bagel with avocado with orange juice. Sometimes I go all out on bigger meals and watch tv for about a half an hour. Before working, I always make sure I clean everything. This clears my head along with the space, giving me a brighter outlook on life. I’ve also been trying to start my day by having little gratitude sessions, which is basically me thanking the universe for all it has to offer me. I try to find positivity and appreciation in each morning.

When I’m finished having my “me” time, I’ll usually start working around 12:00. The first thing I do is get in touch with my followers and friends. I’ll try to get in touch with anyone who has messaged me, commented on my posts, liked my pictures, retweeted my podcast advertisements, things like that. I’m trying to build a true engaged relationship with the people who support me. I don’t want anyone to feel like they’re going unnoticed. This is usually super easy and goes by really fast. I’ll take about thirty minutes to an hour doing this. After getting in touch and expressing my appreciation, I’ll move on to the next thing.

So at about 1:00 is when I start to hustle. If you know anything about me, you know that I’m super into journaling. So basically, my Blogging Journal is like the blueprint to my work. Every blog post I’ve thought of and every rough draft is stored in this journal. It’s honestly a really sacred thing. So anyways, I’ll pull out this journal and write four entire blog post rough drafts, every day. I usually settle with four, but when I’m feeling really inspired, I usually do more. It’s honestly like writing four essays a day. It gets mentally draining, but I love it. Writing is a big passion for me. This task will last until about 4:00 PM. I’ll usually do this outside, surrounded with my plants.

BREAK TIME! From 4:00 to 5:00, I’ll usually eat something nice and filling during this time. I’ll listen to music or text friends. Anything except work. This is important for me *again* because I used to overwork myself.

Around 5:00, I’ll open up my laptop and take my work to WordPress. Within this time, I finalize the four rough drafts from previous days. I take little breaks here and there since it’s the most time consuming process. I’ll eat little snacks in between typing making it a fun experience. The finalizing process includes making the rough draft from physical to digital. Once I do this, I usually go over the paper with a big highlighted check mark to keep organized. After typing everything down, I’ll check my punctuation, spelling, and all that kind of stuff. I’ll make sure the post sounds really good. Next, I’ll insert any relevant links to my posts. For example, This post will probably have my podcast show linked along with some Amazon products. I’ll also link other things like my Etsy, videos, pictures, Patreon, and anything else that may need to be included. After the post is completely finished, I’ll schedule the post for a certain date.

By the time I’m finished up with blogging, it will be around 8:00 to 9:00 PM. I’ll ensure that everything is ready for the next day. I’ll make sure my instagram posts and podcast episodes are scheduled correctly. I’ll make sure my ads are up and running. Just pretty much reassurance that everything is all set up for the following day. After that, I make sure I end the day the same way I started. I spend the rest of my time awake relaxing. I’ll make sure I have at least an hour of “me” time before bed.

Manifesting Beauty & Confidence

Hi guys! If you didn’t see before, I’m making one to two posts each month that talk about what I want to manifest into my life. I’m doing this because I do believe that if you speak something into existence, it will find it’s way to you. You can read more about why I’m doing this here.

I am manifesting beauty into my life. I am semi confident with my looks right now. There are things that I definitely want to improve in.

I’m going to be inspired to dress well and have a strong scent. People will know me by my signature scent. This will give me confidence in preforming better with everything I’m doing. I’ll occasionally be pampering myself with accessories. This will give me the mentality that I am deserving of everything that I am working for. I am pushing myself harder to grow by knowing that I am rewarded in that way.

I’m manifesting a beautiful smile, straight and white teeth. I will be getting my braces off very soon! I’m manifesting long, healthy hair down to my butt! I will be investing time into frequent hair masks. I am taking vitamins and eating healthy foods every day to grow very long natural nails and hair.

I’m manifesting motivation to do my makeup and hair often. I have the time to put myself together in that way and I’m using it. Doing my hair and makeup on a daily basis will open doors to growth. I will have confidence in myself to communicate better which will give me opportunity to express myself. This will also make me more approachable.

Not only do I want to manifest beauty and confidence into my life for my own benefits, but I plan on giving inspiration to others with how put together I am. I will be so confident in myself, that others feel the motivation to provide that feeling onto themselves as well.

Try manifesting your goals with me! I’ve created a three page packet for you to download and print out.

GRATITUDE

I’ve been trying to become more grateful lately. I learned how it significantly impacts your quality of life. its said that some of the most successful people in the world start their morning routines by prating gratitude. I’m planning on buying a journal to use every morning, along with my gratitude worksheets that I am working on. I’ll give you little updates on how it goes! For now, I don’t have access to a journal solely for expressing gratitude, so I figured that I would bring it here to the blog.

I am grateful for my past and where it has brought me today. Even though I may be struggling, I know that I’m only going to get somewhere higher later on. I appreciate the people who support my dreams. I appreciate the people who always tell me that they are proud of me. I appreciate the technology that I was given, to advance my career path. I appreciate the people who genuinely care about my health and wellbeing.

These are just a few things that I am grateful for. I think after every “gratitude session” I’m also going to ask myself if I have been kind to myself today. If I am, I’ll congratulate myself, if I’m not, I’ll change it. I think it’s important that I am also grateful for myself and my wellbeing as I am grateful for other things. I learned that if you are kind to yourself, you start seeing life in a more positive way. I actually made a podcast episode on this a while back called “How Do You Treat Yourself?” If you want to listen!

Gratitude Worksheet Printout

Like I said, I’m probably going to give little updates on my gratitude sessions and let you know how they’ve been benefitting my life.

Along with everything listed above, I am also grateful for my readers! I just want to say thank you so much for your interest in my life. I value our relationship much.

I have created a “Gratitude Worksheet Printout” on Etsy if you want to join in!
